Logging in by User Name or Email Address

Steps:
  1. Tap Login on the Hik-Connect page to enter the Login page.
  2. Tap Login by User Name or Email.
  3. Enter your user name or email address, and your password.

    4. Note: If you forgot the password, you can change your password. For details, see Forgot Password.

  4. Tap Login to log in to the client.
